A six-course set menu moving through the flavours of South and Central America.

FUEGO is the second instalment of our monthly popup dinner series at Somethin' Somethin'. After two sellout nights of Asian street food in May, we're going south, in celebration of the many beautiful Latinas that feature on our team! The menu draws from across the region: Peruvian, Argentinian, Mexican, Bolivian. Latin flavour in full, without being pinned to any one country.

The kitchen team has designed every dish from the ground up - paying homage to their roots and bringing modern twists. Expect bold, punchy food with real cultural depth behind it.

$95 per person, food only. Doors open at 6pm. Service runs approximately 2.5 hours. Each night is strictly limited to our capacity of 50.
